As arts organisations find themselves stretched for time, while demanding increasingly high standards from their staff, quality learning and the confidence to succeed have never been more important.

In the quest to help arts and museum managers to develop their skills, BIA:NW asks business to donate spare places on in-house business skills training courses which are then brokered out to the sector, or to provide access to e-learning facilities.

Where demand for a particular subject is high, we occasionally run seminars using private sector trainers. These are offered at a very low fee to cover our own costs.
