The Board Bank programme introduces business people to arts organisations and museums as potential board members and ensures that they receive appropriate introductory training. A Positive Action Board Bank targets Black and Racial Minority candidates. Board Bank Extra targets Deaf and Disabled candidates.

The Mentoring Programme uses business mentors to help arts and museum managers develop to their full potential.
